We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and/or box, and are in original condition (Excludes clearance, custom jewelry, and bath & body). Item(s) needs to be shipped back to us within 30 days after the day they have been shipped. Some items may not be shipped to you with a tag. We do not offer refunds to original payment type, only store credit.

Two EASY ways to exchange:

To exchange for FREE in store please bring in the item(s) you are wanting to exchange in the condition as outlined in the 1st paragraph above to one of our stores, and the original invoice. You can receive either a gift card, or exchange it for another item in the store. Now that you've come in once, it is going to be hard to stop coming in! :)

Simply click the button above and enter the order number and postal code associated with the item(s) you want to send back. You will then select the quantity of items you are wanting to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and it will create a return shipping label for you. Please note that international returns are not be able to use this method. See "International Exchanges" below for more details.

-Please include the original invoice in the package (a copy is also perfect), so we can find your order easily.

-Please take the return package to your nearest Post Office the same day you create the shipping label.

-If your package overall is under 1lbs please reach out to our customer service team (208-356-9874 or service@oliveave.com) and we can create a return label for you that will be less expensive using First Class shipping.

-If you end up not using a return shipping label for any reason please reach out to us using the contact form on this page (or emailing Service@OliveAve.com) letting us know your Order # or RMA #. We can then void the shipping label.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total amount issued back in a gift card. Usually return shipping cost ranges from $5 - $10, but is based on the weight of the items being returned.

Once we receive the exchange it will be processed within 2-3 business days, and you will be issued a gift card for the price of the item(s) paid less the return shipping cost. You will receive an email with your gift card code.

If you need an item held until your gift card is issued please email our awesome customer service team at: service@oliveave.com so we can hold the item you are wanting for your exchange.

If you were shipped the wrong item please reach out to us and let us know of the error. You will not be responsible for the return shipping. Please send us back the item by clicking the button above and creating a return label. Once we receive the incorrect item, the correct item will be shipped out to you. Thank you for your patience.

Items purchased with a coupon will be exchanged for the total price paid (this will exclude the coupon or discount applied to your purchase). Discounts or coupons cannot be transferred to another purchase.

Please return shoes with the original shoe box intact and unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used as a package. Please do not place tape or labels on the outside of the shoe box.

All clearance (sale tab), and custom jewelry items are final sale. Please do not ship these items back, as they are not exchangeable!
