I. Shipping: Free Shipping! When will my order arrive?

Free Shipping happening now! You can now spend the money saved on more clothes. :)

Under normal circumstances we send out orders same or next business day. You can look forward to receiving your order between 1 and 4 business days (including Saturdays). Shipping times may vary due to customer location. As we are shipping out of Idaho; our Idaho and Utah customers receive their orders usually within 1-2 days.

We ship through USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Please double check your address before placing an order. We want to make sure you receive your package. If your address was incorrect at checkout and we have not shipped out your clothing please contact us asap (call 208-356-9874) so we can have it shipped to the correct address for you.

Did you choose "Local Pick-Up" for your shipping option?

This may be the reason you haven't received your package in the mail. When choosing this option for shipping you must come pick up your order in-store. 

Did you actually want your package shipped to you instead?

No problem please call us at 208-356-9874 or send us an email using the contact form and make sure to let us know you wanted your package shipped instead of picked up. Please have your order number handy if calling.

Do you want your package picked-up instead of shipped?

Not a problem either, as long as we haven't already shipped it. If you notice this is the case please inform us as soon as possible by phone (208-356-9874), or through the contact form on this page. If it has already been shipped fortunately it only will take a couple extra days to receive your package.

Track Your Package

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in an email. It will also be visible by logging into your account on our website and clicking on your order. If you need to track your package please go to the USPS website by clicking here!

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Olive Ave, due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you. A shipping charge for sending the product out a second time will be charged to you. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages

If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, please call your local post office (not the 1-800 number) and they will speak with your specific driver and check the final GPS scan to locate your package. If they incorrectly delivered your package, they are very good at retrieving it and delivering it to you. Please contact USPS within a day or two so they can locate it. USPS prefers to speak with the recipient of the package as it is your personal property but we are also more than happy to call and see what we can find out.

If by chance your package is lost or stolen in the mail please click here to file a claim through USPS. Olive Ave has no liability from lost or stolen packages in the mail.

Customs & Duties

If there are customs and duties to be paid; they are separate from any possible shipping charges that Olive Ave may have collected and will need to be paid by the customer. 

Change/Cancel Order

Please reach out to us as soon as possible (phone: 208-356-9874, or the contact form on this page). We want to ship orders as fast as possible, so we may not be able to change/cancel your order. If we have started processing your order, it will need to be shipped back. Please see our exchange policy page for details.

II. Jewelry: How do I take care of my custom jewelry?

Your custom jewelry will maintain its shine and will resist tarnish, but following these best practices will lengthen the life of your custom jewelry:

  • Regularly clean your jewelry using warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Pat dry. DO NOT rub.
  • Use the micro abrasive polishing pad provided to remove any tarnish or oxidation.
  • Remove jewelry during intense physical activities. This may even include shopping at times. ;)
  • Remove jewelry when using chemicals: shampoos, harsh soaps, lotions, makeup, hairspray, etc.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure in a pool, spa, etc.
  • Avoid abrasive materials like a terry cloth, bath towel, and shirt to polish your jewelry. 
  • Store in a air-tight and sealed bag or area for your custom jewelry's longest life.

If properly cared for, your custom jewelry can last for years.

III. Restock: Was your size out of stock?

We do our best to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out fast. We are not able to restock everything. If you are wanting to see an item restocked please send us an email through the contact form on this page. Items are restocked each week on Fridays, so please check the Restocks tab to see if your favorite items have been restocked. Thank you for checking back.
