I. Sizing: How can I make sure I order the correct size? 

Not sure what size you are? DON’T hesitate to ask how something fits! Find us on our “Contact Us” page! 

All of our jeans come in odd numbers sizes 0-13 and some up to size 15. If you typically wear women’s sized clothing (even numbers, i.e. 2, 4,6), go up at least one size. For example if you are normally a size 4 we would recommend a 5. They may be snug at first but they will loosen a bit and fit just right.

Tops are typically small to large. However some are x-small to x-large. Check when ordering what your options are.

If you run between sizes, we suggest going up a size. If you are a 4 or 5, we suggest a medium. If you are 8 or 9 we suggest a large. If you have any questions on sizing please let us know—we are happy to find you the right fit! If the top appears to be a loose fitting top your normal size will work great.

Polyester and Spandex blend clothing will run a bit see through if its a lighter color due to the material and a slip is recommended.

Rayon and spandex blend will not be nearly as see through. A slip would be recommended if the skirt is a solid color or has a lot of white in it. Please ask if you have more questions.

Maxi dresses and skirts come in small, medium and large. In number size they are:

Small: 0-4

Medium: 6-8

Large: 10-11

The Bermuda shorts typically run small. We recommend going up a size. The Bermuda shorts with the slit on the side (Navy, Fuschia, Red, Bright Yellow, and Orange) run smaller than the cuff Bermuda Shorts. Please contact us with questions to know what size to order.

II. Shipping: Where is my order? When will it get here?

Free Shipping happening now! No need to second guess your purchase. :)

Shipping times may vary due to availability. Currently all orders are running anywhere from 2-5 business days for you to receive your order. We are a small company that is growing each day and we will do our best to get your orders out the same business day or next business day you place your order.

Did you choose "Local Pick-Up" for your shipping option? This may be the reason you haven't received your package in the mail. When choosing this option for shipping you must come pick up your order in our Rexburg store. Please call our Rexburg store (208-356-9874) if you would like it taken to Idaho Falls for pickup (may take a couple days before the order will arrive at the other store).

Did you actually want your package shipped to you instead? No problem please call us at 208-356-9874 or send us an email using the contact form below and make sure to enter in all your information or questions below.We will add shipping to your order and you can pay for it over the phone. Or if you would rather we can email you an invoice that you can pay prior to shipping your package.

We ship through USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. If you give us the incorrect address you are responsible for the lost package. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or any Holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

After shipping an item you will receive a tracking number through the email you provide us. The link on Track Your Order page will be also available in the email sent out to you.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Olive Ave, due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and charged for shipping again so we can send our customer their clothing. Please note to always double check your address before submitting your order. If your address was incorrect and we have not shipped out your clothing please contact us asap (please call 208-356-9874) so we can have it shipped to the correct address for you.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

If by chance your package is lost or stolen in the mail please click here to file a claim through USPS. All claims will be through USPS as it was shipped. Olive Ave will have no liability from lost or stolen packages in the mail.

III. Secure Shopping: How can I make sure my information is safe on this site? 

You can shop at OliveAve.com with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal and Authorize.Net, leading payment gateways, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

The PayPal and Authorize.Net Payment Gateways manage the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. See an online payments diagram to see how it works.

Olive Ave is committed to privacy and security for all of our clients. Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed a Privacy Statement as indicated below.

Under no circumstances do we transfer your email address to any other company, nor do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

A.   E-mail Request - Links throughout our site provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions, request information and materials, or provide comments and suggestions. You may also be offered the opportunity to have one of our Sales Representatives contact you personally to provide additional information about our products or services. To do so, we may request additional personal information from you, such as your name and telephone number, to help us satisfy your request.

B.     Enrollment - You may choose to enroll for one of our products or services where we will request certain information from you. Depending on the type of product or service that you request, you may be asked to provide different personal information. For certain products and services, we may require your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. Other products and services may require different or supplemental information from you in order to apply.

Statistical Information About Your Visit

Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather records information about a visit to our site. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our web site and over all user experience.

V. Hosting a Party: I love my Olive Ave clothes! How can I share the love and host a party for my friends and family?

Ever Thought About Hosting a Party?

There are a few different options when hosting a party:

1. Online Party:

We will create a Facebook event for you to invite all your friends to it. There will be pictures and links to our website. Your friends will shop on our website, and at the bottom of the page they will be able to select which party they are a part of. There is an option for a self-pick up or shipping so if friends live nearby, (Rexburg, ID) they can pick up their items without paying for shipping. The party will be open for a week. This is a low stress, fun way to get your friends excited no matter where they live.

•    You can combine an online party with the other two options!

2. Party in the Shop:

Many people do not like to clean their home and prep for a party. So we offer parties at the shop in Rexburg, ID where everything is set up and the shop is open for the evening exclusively for you and your guests. This is a fun way to get out of the house and enjoy some shopping with friends. We can also post on our Facebook about your party to increase traffic during that evening upon request.

•    You can also have it online for your friends that can’t make it!

3. Home Based Party:

•   First of all we need to set up a time. Most of the time Tuesdays, Thursdays and at times Saturdays are best for people. We can do either 6-8pm or 7-9pm or on a Saturday during the day. If you feel that it needs to be longer we can accommodate your schedule as needed. Our contact info is below or you can send us an E-mail using the form below!

•   Once a date is made we will create a flyer for you. We will need your address and phone number. We will then email you the flyer and you can pass it out to your friends. Inviting friends face to face is ALWAYS going to get the most interest from your friends and create the largest turn out at your party.

•   We will also create a Facebook event for you and invite you to the event so you can join the event and invite all your friends. We will post pictures on it to get your friends excited. In order to create the Facebook event we have to be friends on Facebook first. This is a more personal way to do a party. We cannot bring the entire inventory only because we don’t have the means to however, we will bring the trendiest items, and promise there will be a great variety! We will also bring a computer so that friends can look at what else we have online, and will be able to order it at your party.

•    You can also combine this with an online party for your friends that can’t make it that evening!

•    We travel to Rexburg, Idaho Falls and occasionally Pocatello. We also travel to Utah a few times a year; as well as Twin Falls. If you are in surrounding areas please contact us to find out when we are coming to your area again. We are also open to traveling other places if there is enough interest.


Rewards are based off a point system. Every 10 points you receive a free item. For example: a pair of pants is 1 point, a pair of boots is 1 point, 1-2 shirts are 1 point etc. Once you reach 10 points, you get a free item of up to $25 value. IT'S THAT EASY! We rarely have parties where the host does not get AT LEAST 1 free item. Usually the earnings are much more! However if this is the case, we typically give you a discount on your purchase.

Your friends will LOVE your party because it is something new, creative and different. There is no pressure and we do not give a presentation or anything at the beginning. Your friends just come, shop and visit! It’s a great way to shop without having to go to the mall and fight through the crowds, and of course you’re with your friends, which makes it even better!
