Exchange/Return Policy

We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and/or box, and are in original condition (Excludes clearance, custom jewelry, and bath & body). Item(s) needs to be shipped back to us within 30 days after the day they have been shipped. Some items may not be shipped to you with a tag. We do not offer refunds to original payment type, only store credit.

Extended Holiday Exchange Policy: Items purchased between Nov 15th, 2019 and Dec 14th, 2019 have until Jan 15th, 2020 to exchange the item. If you have an issue processing the exchange with the button below please contact customer service at: service@oliveave.com
