Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is for store credit ONLY as long as the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, with attached tag, and are in original condition. Within 30 days from shipped items being received. Purchases made between November 7th - December 5th 2017 will have the ability to exchange their purchase until January 5th 2018. 

You must have an account on our website in order to complete an exchange. If you already placed an order with us, then when you go to the login screen click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email you placed the order with. An email will be sent to you with a way to login. The amount you paid for the item will be issued in store credit to your account you have created on our website.

To exchange an item for store credit, please process a Return Request on specific item(s) in your order. To do so log in to your account, and click on a specific order in the Orders menu. At the top of the order details page click on "Request Return". Fill out the form on the Return screen and click "Submit Return Request". Please wait until you receive an email showing "Return Authorized" to ship the item(s) back to us. Once you receive the email showing "Return Authorized" please ship the item back to us at the address below.  Return shipping label will not be provided. Please include the original invoice in the package, so we can find your order easily. We suggest getting tracking for the package we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. 

Once we receive the exchange they will be processed within 2-3 business days. At that time you will be issued store credit to your account for the price of the item(s). You will receive an email once your account has been credited which you may use on your next purchase. If you need an item held until your store credit is issued please email service@oliveave.com so we can hold the item you are wanting for your exchange.

We want to make sure you get the right size the first time.

Items purchased with a coupon will be exchanged for the total price paid (this will exclude the coupon or discount applied to your purchase).

To exchange an item in store please bring in the item wanting to exchange as outlined in 1st paragraph above, and the original invoice. You can receive either online store credit, in-store gift card, or exchange it for another item in the store.

All clearance, Swim suit sale, Grab bags, and custom jewelry items are FINAL SALE! Please do not ship these items back, as they are not exchangeable!
