Exchange Policy

We offer store credit for any product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag, and are in original condition (Excludes clearance, and custom jewelry). Exchange needs to be within 30 days from shipped items being received. Purchases received between November 7th - December 5th 2017 will have the ability to exchange their purchase until January 5th 2018. 

To exchange an item for store credit, please process a Return Request on item(s) from your order. To do so log in to your accountIf you don't remember setting up an account then when you ordered with us; go to the login screen click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email you placed the order with. An email will be sent to you with a way to login. Click on a specific order in the Orders menu after logging in. At the top of the order details page click on "Request Return". Fill out the form on the Return screen and click "Submit Return Request".

Please wait until you receive an email showing "Return Authorized" to ship the item(s) back to us. Once you receive the email showing "Return Authorized" please ship the item back to us at the address below.  Return shipping label is not provided. Please include the original invoice in the package, so we can find your order easily. We suggest getting tracking for the package to make sure it arrives at our store.

Once we receive the exchange they will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed you will be issued store credit to your account for the price of the item(s) paid. You will receive an email once your account has been credited. If you need an item held until your store credit is issued please email so we can hold the item you are wanting for your exchange.

We try to make the coloring in our images as true as possible, but sometimes colors vary depending on the item. If you have questions about a product before purchasing it please use the Contact Form on this page, call us at 208-356-9874, or send us an email at Also don't forget to refer to our sizing chart! We want to make sure you get the right size the first time.

Items purchased with a coupon will be exchanged for the total price paid (this will exclude the coupon or discount applied to your purchase). Discounts cannot be transferred to another purchase.

To exchange an item in store please bring in the item wanting to exchange as outlined in the 1st paragraph above, and the original invoice. You can receive either online store credit, in-store gift card, or exchange it for another item in the store.
